WAYS OF MAKING OFFERS

Learning to offer in English is undoubtedly an essencial function for every student of English because politeness is part of any English-speaking culture. When we offer, we ask someone if they would like to have something or if they would like us to do something for them.
When offering something, it is important to notice that we can use modal forms such as 'Would you like'  'Can I ...', 'May I …’. However, being polite is not just a question of using the correct grammar,  but also the right intonation. Don’t you agree with me? Therefore, I’ve prepared this worksheet to help you focus on some of the most important phrases used to offer something, ranging from formal structures to informal ways which require just  polite intonation. Hope you enjoy this post!
